Purdy is an associate attorney and trial lawyer at the Collins Law Firm, P.C., where she concentrates her practice on Bet-the-Company and other complex commercial litigation.  Prior to her time at the Collins Law Firm, P.C., Purdy practiced general commercial and bankruptcy litigation in Chicago.  Purdy is a former law clerk to the Chief Bankruptcy Judge for the Southern District of Iowa the Hon. Anita L. Shodeen.  Purdy has extensive courtroom experience and has won over one hundred dispositive motions and first-chaired trials on behalf of large financial services clients.

A Paragraph Describing Your Interests When You Aren’t Billing or Blogging: When not billing or blogging, Lindsey can be found wine tasting, volunteering, shopping, or walking her dachshund in the Western Suburbs.
