Committee Name: YLS Bankruptcy & Reorganization Committee

Co-Chairs Information:

Philip Groben, Gensburg Calandriello & Kanter, P.C.: Phil is an associate of Gensburg Calandriello & Kanter, P.C., and focuses his practice on bankruptcy and commercial litigation, representing clients in bankruptcy proceedings including debtors, creditors, trustees, and equity holders, as well as representing clients in commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.

Alex J. Whitt, Hiltz & Zanzig LLC: Alex is an associate at Hiltz & Zanzig LLC, representing individuals and businesses primarily in chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as assisting clients in commercial litigation.

Sean P. Williams, Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP: Sean is an associate Saul Ewing Arnstein & Lehr LLP and represents numerous parties in corporate bankruptcy proceedings and related litigation.

Day of Committee Meetings: First Tuesday of Every Month

Goals and Objectives for the 2018 – 2019 Year: Our committee strives to organize monthly meetings that can help young practitioners navigate various aspects of bankruptcy law and provide a resource through which questions can be answered, inform lawyers of recent developments in the bankruptcy field, and give attorneys another opportunity to network and strengthen their professional ties within the legal community.
